Introduce a child to us

If you're a CF specialist nurse, doctor or social worker who knows of a family with a child that suffers from CF and may be in need of our help, please contact us by filling in a referral form which can be printed out by clicking on the link below, and then sending it to our address.

As most of our holidays are in the UK, for the entire family and no CF children come in to contact with another, we do not need a full medical report. If holidays abroad are considered we will contact you again for a detailed medical report for holiday insurance purposes.
